Time for some R and R

Life is hectic, the weekend is for relaxing and rehabilitating. Even God rested on Sunday, so should you.
One easy way to relax and one of the ways I find extremely peaceful is with a warm bath and candles.
Candles can be soothing and cultivate a very a calm environment. Take the time out to give yourself some much needed downtime.

As the quick tip in the link below suggest, even fifteen minutes can do the trick.
Enjoy and remember to take care of yourself.
Relax with candles (15 minutes) | Working It Out Together

During the week, use your shower time to relax with some wonderfully scented candles and bath products. There are wonderful options like mint and grapefruit scrubs. Be sure to indulge yourself and give yourself a little treat during bath time. That is your time, no cell phones, no facebook, no twitter, no emails and no one other than you in those quite and peaceful moments.

Positive Affirmation of the day

Be grateful; for gratitude is the window overlooking appreciation in the garden of love.
"I am grateful for the family and friends in my life; I am grateful for the blessings that flow to me and back through me to those around me."

Positive Affirmations

Oh yeah, by the way, I've started doing the "positive-affirmations" exercises again. I'm not sure if I have ever shared those on this particular site, or whether it might have been on my secret diary. LOL Any way. I'll start sharing those with those of you in this crazy cyberworld.

Here's your first one:

I am a an intelligent, capable, human being,
The world is open, opportunities are boundless
and there are endless opportunities for me to succeed.
I feel the world around me, like the brush of a summer
breeze on my skin, I feel the world wrapping me in
blessings of health, wealth and harmony.

I borrowed this one!
